After researching the market conditions we teamed with the architect to design and permit a 42,000 sf plaza with 3 freestanding buildings with drive-thru lanes. We developed the financial model and presented to the bank and secured the construction loan. We also developed the legal framework. The project was Sold out during pre-construction. We also secured leases for two buildings owned by the developer at rates significantly higher than competing projects in the area
